Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending an item to us for exchange. As a courtesy, we will take care of the shipping cost to send your exchanged item back to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your jewelry to us to help ensure your package arrives safely.

To be eligible for an exchange, all hats and apparel must be unopened, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use are not eligible for exchange.

This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives merchandise in pristine, unworn condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be exchanged or submitted for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to The Inspiration Company. For approved exchanges, The Inspiration Company will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you.

We recommend spot cleaning by hand with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and machine washing. Allow your hat to air dry naturally to help maintain its shape.

APPAREL

For best results, machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Turn garments inside out before washing to help protect printed or decorated designs. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Tumble dry on low or air dry whenever possible. Do not iron directly over printed or decorated areas.
